Award winning, handmade lemon curd made with fresh pasteurised free-range eggs, pure country butter, fresh lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. The ingredients are slowly and gently mixed in our curd kettle until they are ready to be filled into jars. 2016 Great Taste Awards Winner.
