A versatile, hot paste made from fragrant spices. Traditionally used across Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco to add heat and flavour to stews, soups and tagines, or use straight from the jar as a dip, in wraps and sandwiches, or use as a marinade for meat.
Red Harissa Ingredients: water, tomato puree, sugar, paprika, tomato powder, rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar, maltodextrin, salt, garlic, cayenne pepper, chilli pepper, star anise, coriander, cumin, lemon juice concentrate. Vegan.
Rose Harissa Ingredients: red peppers, water, tomato purée, red chillies, rapeseed oil, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, chilies, sugar, modified starch, rose petals, cumin, colouring: plain caramel, coriander, lemon juice concentrate.
