Postage, Packaging, Deliveries & Returns

We pride ourselves on being as environmentally friendly as possible with our packaging and processes.  We work with suppliers who share our passion for people and the environment.  Plastic reduction is a hugely important part of our mission but wherever possible we will reuse packaging that has been sent to us so if you find some plastic in your parcel that is the reason why.  We also have to protect the integrity of our products when shipping and we are continually evolving and improving as we venture through this zero waste journey with you.

Please think carefully before you order as returns are costly for us as a small business, time consuming to process, and create a huge and unnecessary carbon footprint annually.

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
