Clava Brie - Award Winning Scottish Cheese
Clava is named after the prehistoric burial cairns of Balnuaran of Clava a few miles from the Connage Highland Dairy family farm in the Scottish Highlands. Their circular ring structure is mirrored in this brie style cheese.
The smooth, pasturised creamy, quite strong earthy organic brie is delicious. As it ripens, Clava becomes silky and at its best when the texture has become soft and luscious. To achieve excellent results, we hand ladle the very delicate curd into moulds and mature carefully in a temperature controlled store before being individually hand wrapped.

Due to the requirement for specialist shipping services for this product all chilled products are subject to a £10 delivery charge for up to 20kg. There is no additional cost for delivery or click and collect.
